The pieces looked very nice and worked well. A little bit of weight added to each piece would elevate them to being outstanding chess pieces.

A worthy upgrade

If you've invested in a DGT Smart Board, then do yourself a favor and pick up these pieces. While you can play Chess with most rudimentary components, quality pieces like these enhances the experience.

Great looking chess set

I recently purchased this set to pair with the DGT smartboard. I'm very happy that I purchased this wooden set instead of the standard plastic one that comes with the smartboard. The pieces look great with this board. I had an issue with one of the white pieces having really bad dark wood grain markings. Chess House was great and replaced the piece for me very quickly. Great customer service!
