Beginner enthusiast. Only experience has been with cheap abrasives from Amazon. I can't compare these to more expensive sets, but I am having really good results. The most surprising thing to me - I start getting a polished finish on the 800 grit, by the time I'm done with 1200, it's far more polished than what I expected.
