I haven't used one of these before, but I found that I enjoy it. The smaller loop still has enough room to weave it through the QD mount-hole on an aluminum handguard. I don't like using steel QD swivels in aluminum handguards as they will eventually destroy the anti-rotation tabs. This product uses flat bands rather than cords, which naturally resist twisty slings. If you have limited handguard real estate, a unique platform, or an aversion to integral aluminum QD holes, this could be a great solution for you.

Matches well with my multicam black furniture, incredible value for a rock solid usa made sling and mounts. I will be buying more and highly recommend them.
