LOVE the PRODUCT / HATE the new PACKAGING

The old packaging (as shown online) was GREAT! When the product got too low to be pumped out efficiently, you could unscrew the top and scrape it out. Now with the new packaging, you literally have to cut the bottle open to access the last 20% of the product left inside. It is just super annoying. It also particularly disappointing when an 'improvement' results in a negative experience.
