I liked the case, made it easy to find and keep earplugs in at warped tour

I tried to return these as the small ear size were still too large for my apparently child sized ears. I understand there is a 20% restocking fee for returns if you open the package. I got a pre populated return label that was completely blank. Makes it hard to return an item. Reached out twice to customer service with no response. I’m not arguing anything, I wasn’t unpleasant, just said they are too big and wanted to return them. Would not order from this store again, even if their product did fit.
