Accurate angle required
I have made 2 of these and plan to make more for gifts. The plans are great but the execution can be fussy. If the 30 degree edge angle is not spot on, then the ledge the phone sits on is too wide or too narrow. Also make sure that the vertical fence (part E) on the edge of the saw jig is square to the table. I found that 2 sided tape was not enough to get a good cut. I used a clamp as well.
