A good morning coffee which is interesting trying for a change of flavors. Not as bold as anticipated, but appreciated for seemingly having less acidity. Like a favorite wine, this Vietnamese Excelsa coffee flavor has an obvious full mouth feel in its drinkability. For me, who enjoys coffee with the slightest hint of cream [actually light milk], the cost of this bean can be justified, but for my wife who drinks coffee half/half (coffee-milk) the judgement is out at this point in our choice of morning brew. Thank you for introducing us to a coffee alternative taste.
