Low cost but so worthy to have back this is my second massage chair from Osaki

Love the chair--customer service--horrible

Ease of ordering on line was great--however communication as to delivery of the chair was horrible. I ordered my chair on the 4th of January. On the 14th I had to contact Osaki to find out what was going on with the shipment. They said people will call, set appointment for delivery etc. They didn't.....I am so grateful I was home the day they drove out 110 miles from Las Vegas to deliver for me. On an up side, the delivery driver was very nice. I literally got an email 1 hour before the driver showed up, saying the chair would arrive sometime that day. The email I did receive originally said the chair would arrive no later that Jan 23rd. It was delivered on Jan 26th. I have had better tracking on my Amazon and postal service deliveries than I did on this very expensive chair.... Chair is wonderful....
