Shipping was fast. Setup of bag was a trial and error kind of thing. You really need to add air (somehow) to the bag to somewhat get out all the bumps from when the bag is shipped. Adding water won't get out all the bumps. But overall, the bag is well made when fully setup. Punching the bag is awesome. I can throw punches on this bag for days. I'm old so the impact is easy on my arms and shoulders. Really helps me stay active. I wish there was a bag cover that was offered. I leave my bag hanging outside under my roof and I just throw a towel around it to protect it from when the sun shines on it.
