Be prepared to replace annually….

While the filler attachment is fine, the plug tends to last one removal only. I have had to replace three of these now, and because they are not available in Canada if it wasn’t wasteful, it would’ve been cheaper to buy a new bag completely. I did try to contact customer support several times as my bag is still under a year old, but zero response. I love the bag itself, just be prepared to buy multiple UGGs unless you live in somewhere where you can leave this filled full-time year-round.
