Great bag - iffy shipping

The bag is amazing and I truly enjoy the workout it provides; however, the shipping had some glitches. The packaging was severely damaged and the hanging shackle and fill nozzle didn’t make it. I have reached out via email and have not received a response. Jury is still out in the customer service.

It’s great i just wish the quality was a little better and the smoke. “Design” they show in the picture doesn’t really match what you get, it’s a little more “bland” looking
