Bad Customer Service and Poor Business Practices

As a growing boxing studio and Arizona #1 Boxing Studio with plans to open 100 more across the country and our preferred bag is the Aqua Bag in all our studios— but we were only offered 15% off as a wholesaler and I had to wait til Black Friday to get 20% off which was offered to everyone. This is just bad business practice. Leaves terrible taste in the mouth. Then was shipped missing half the installation hardware. Guy on phone was super disrespectful and hung up on me (with zero confrontation at all— just rude behavior)

Aqua Bag lasts FOREVER!!!

It's doing great, our last aqua bag lasted around 10 years! So we were very happy for the longevity of your equipment and to get a new one put up in the gym.
