Attempted to cancel my order within an hour of purchasing . Sent in email with required info and they didn’t get back to me until multiple days later and would be very untimely in responding . They have no customer service number so you have to wait for them to get back to you via email. They asked me for information I had already provided and then got back to me days later again and said to just ship it back once it arrives . They provide you with no return label so you have to cover the cost of shipping it back and then wait for them to confirm that they’ve received it . Gave them a tracking number and am still waiting to hear back about a refund.
