Match - White

I complained that paid for two days and planned schedule around arrival. 500 dollars shoes. 4 days waiting I complained. Then, UPS shows up early that night. Mangled destroyed ‘BEAT TO HELL’ box; crushed the inner shoe box as well. I emailed you. Weeks ago. No response. The beautiful Match model Mephisto shoes bent, mangled, basically ruined the new shoe experience and didn’t fit right; felt weird. Certainly not the 500 dollars new shoe experience. Donated the shoes. Bought a different pair shoes from a different company. You and UPS…..well without saying; you get it…..don’t need me, I don’t need you; enjoy ripping people off.

The shoes are not very comfortable. The sides of the shoes are to high and the top of the shoe rest against the bottom of my heel bones, making the top of the shoe bang against my heel bones with every step. I tried three different thickness of socks with little improvement. I finally had to put heel lifts in the shoes to make them wearable. I should not have to do this with $425.00 shoes.

Not exactly what I expected. Color is actually “off white” but acceptable. Third pair of Match. That should tell you what I think of them.
