Due to Hurricanes, I've lost all the food from my refrigerator on multiple occasions. I'm not a fan of a noisy generator running in my back yard. This generator has enough power to keep your food refrigerated and a microwave operational for nearly a day. I use this unit as well as an AC180T every day. I have two 490 watt solar panels that keep them charged up, I never plug them into the grid. This won't run a whole house A/C but I do use it daily for circulating fans , TV's , and lighting. I used this system during a Hurricane to power my internet and laptop. It worked beautifully. You can use this system to power your security hub off-grid. Even if someone were to tamper with your main power panel your system could still notify you. It wasn't designed to do everything but for what I bought it for it is doing the job very well. It saves me a small amount every month on my electric bill. I calculated that every month it saves me$15 to $22 dollars. My KW cost is cheap at 10 cents per KW. If yours is more, you will save more. I charge them to 100% daily and run them till they are close to 10% They are in constant use virtually all the time because they each have pass through ability. I have thought of buying a Honda eu1000 as an emergency for these generators in case there is no sun for several days after a Hurricane or major storm. Run it for 3 hours and park it in the garage.So, if you could use a system like this, for the cost per KW it is very competitive. Customer service is typically via email with a 24 hour delay due to their main offices are open when we are in nighttime. Hope this helps others.

Our Largest Bluetti Yet!

This one is the largest in our line up for preparing for power outages in our area. Sometimes we have outages due to storms in our neck of the woods, the longest having been about two weeks!
