Complaints on leather bottle pouch

A note to all the people complaining about lines and scratches on the leather pouches apparently you know nothing about distressed leather it’s an easy fix and normal while using it

Was guaranteed to ship before June 6th, was a gift for fathers day (June 21st). Finally received it on June 25th and it’s defective. Customer service is very difficult to get in touch with, currently trying to get it replaced.

I love your product. I am a return customer and hope to stay that way
