They sent a broken helmet

The delivery estimate was about two weeks when we ordered, but it took more like four. Then we opened the box to find a broken helmet and had to ship it back. Needless to say we didn’t order another helmet from BikesOnline.

Bikesonline sent the wrong size

Horrible! Your team sent the wrong size. I cancelled like I was told and come to find out you don’t even have the correct size In stock. Very distinct your company. Customer service is horrible, I’ve been reaching out for over a month to Elvis and leaving messages to have any rep. contact me via phone or email. I would not recommend bikesonline at this time. Did buy a buy and I’m hoping we have no issues with it cause there currently is no customer service thru the company.

Fit is a bit tight but it should be. Otherwise I love it. I'm really stoked that it came with a bag too. Keep it clean when it gets thrown in with the rest of my gear.
