NIGHT + DAY POWDER

When I started taking the powder I felt like my sleep was improved, but I had to stop taking it for a period and I definitely noticed that I was sleeping less well

Night powder is delicious and I look forward to drinking it. Day powder is less tasty but ok. Both have been positive in terms of making me feel more recovered and able to train consistently.

This product had a lovely taste. Great concept but I found the powders did not dissolve fully. I have tried the sachets and the pouches. As I only used them for eight weeks and noticed zero improvement in recovery or sleep, which is probably due to the time I used them.
