Best water fountain!

Best water fountain I’ve used to date. They got everything right with this one. Easy to clean and holds good amount of water with a stainless steel tray. Also I love how the water is always fresh and just not recirculating old water. Amazing job!

My cat doesn’t like the drink tray

I already had an Eversweet fountain, which is the round style where the water bubbles from the top, and my cat loves it. I was excited about this new Eversweet Ultra, but unfortunately my cat doesn’t want to drink from it. I think the design of the tray may not be ideal for her, ergonomically, as she has to reach her neck across the wall of the drinking tray. This product may be better for larger pets such as dogs.

Subscription costs

I have multiple Petkit products and each one requires it's own subscription. It would be nice if you offered a bundling plan so that I could have on charge for my account that would cover all the devices I want…eversweet, duel hopper feeder, puremax ultra and puremax duel. 3 picky cats multiple litter needs. I would Like to monitor all of them but that adds up fast. I can't be the only one with more than one Petkit product.
