iFLO® 6-month Cleaner Cartridge

Prompt shipping. Product appears to be intact. Have not used this product yet. Still using original product. Appears to be working.

Shopify prepopulated the wrong address and there is no way to fix it online. I called, twice, to have the address corrected. I then placed a second order because the iFlo app was indicating an empty cartridge and it was taking so long. The new (2nd) cartridge arrive, I went to install and found the one I had was nearly full and there was a clog in the dispenser. I has to trick it into believing it had a new one and it seems fine now. I have had several we’re working on it e-mail responses, but have never recieved a refund or the origially ordered catridge. The shop app shows ot shipped and waiting to be picked up by USPS for ~ one month now.

Has kept my unit clean. AC maintenance guy finds nothing clogged versus beforw whwn I had a clog.
