Installation on Liftmaster 98022, 3800PLD and old Craftsman openers

Received the Blaq modules and installed one on each of the openers listed in the title. The ***** was the simplest and the module setup was very easy, in fact the module setup on all three was simple. Ran into issues with the 3800PLD and the Craftsman opener where the current door state wasn't registering properly although the doors would operate. After reading about the issues with the 'smart' door consoles, I removed the consoles and set both modules to security 1 protocol. After that both the older openers operated properly and showed the correct states. Nice thing is that treating the wire pairs going to the 'smart' console as if there was a pushbutton switch installed would also operate the doors. I didn't want the 'smart' consoles in the first place and have a couple of 'dumb' doorbell switches coming in to complete the installation. Using them in Home Assistant was also very simple with the ESPHome integration. I'm quite satisfied with the operation of the Blaqs with all three openers. Only nit is the wall wart power supplies; I'll probably set up something to operate the Blaqs off the battery backup in each opener.

Installation took less than 10 minutes. It is fast, responsive, and works quite well. Easy integration into Home Assistant.
