While on a getaway to Hudson we rnjoyed coffee and pastries and breakfasts at the Hudson Roastery. We love the Hendrick Hudson roast so much we subscribe to be sure we always have it on hand. Low Acid, great body, the perfect anytime cup. Great cafe, great people, highly recommend!
