That was perfect item, I put it together in 15 min, may you should leave instructions that the belt needs to be placed on the brush assembly then on the motor shaft and stretched and fit the brush assembly roller into its holder, lucky I’m mechanically inclined, it’s working fine, I couldn’t believe such a small circumference belt could be stretched that much. Thank you

Poor customer service

You charged my card immediately. . item was received two weeks later. Had to buy another vacuum, couldn't wait rwo weeks ro vacuum my carpet. Bissell vacuum works much better. Improve your shipping time or you will loose more customers.
