Fat Daddio's silicone bakeware works perfectly for molding my homemade ice cream. I will continue to buy other sizes to get the exact scoop for my sundaes. They work great. I scoop the churned ice cream from my machine right into your silicone bakeware, screet the excess level and go directly to my freezer. After a few hours I easily pop the scoops out and into a plastic storage container where they live until I need an ice cream fix. For those of you that have made ice cream at home you will know that it's almost impossible to scoop the ice cream into a bowl for serving. I simply serve a molded scoop or two into my bowl and enjoy the best ice cream in the world.
