Very grateful for the replacement shutoff valve that Orbit sent as a lifetime replacement for the original. It seems more heavy duty and may even be longer lasting than the original! Thanks

New unit continuously drips water when in the completely closed position on one side of the valve. Other valve closes without leaking. Made sure leaky valve side was completely unobstructed and clean but still leaks.I did notice a small scratch on the ball valve on the keaking side which is probably causing it to leak when closed. Tried some plumbers grease but same results. Unable to continue using the new item due to it being defective.
