Total Clarity Dark Spot Serum

I am a fan of this brand. I have very sensitive skin and even the brands that are out there touting that they are for sensitive skin, have ingredients that react poorly with my skin but not the Outset. My skin is clean, its soft, its protected and it looks good. Now I don’t really suffer from dark spots or uneven tone, I am 57 and I have melanated skin, which does give me some benefit because I don’t really suffer from very noticeable wrinkles or deep lines but The Outset line keeps me looking not my age. I’m not crazy about the price for an ounce of product but that’s what sales are for and hopefully I can keep catching the ones that really make it worth keeping stocked up.

It works, but you have to be patient

I ordered this serum when it was first released, and, honestly, I was a bit skeptical. I have always had dark spots from the sun and from acne, mostly around my chin and cheeks. I used the serum every morning and night. For a while, I wasn't too sure it was actually working, but I continued using it anyway since it was stated to take a few weeks for results to show. I ended up becoming inconsistent with my skincare for about two weeks but eventually got back on track. After a few more weeks, I started to notice how my dark spots, around my chin especially, have actually lightened. Granted, at this point I had used probably around three quarters of the bottle, but I still had the promised results of faded dark spots. The texture of the serum is thin, kind of like water. Much like the prep serum, it starts to feel tacky once you spread it across your skin. It doesn't have a strong smell. The bottle itself is very pretty. I also like the dropper applicator.

I love this vitamin c serum. it is not strong and goes on so nice. i was using a different brand,but it burned my face. this is so delicate yet works.
