We love this olive oil. It is clean and bright. The company delivered the product promptly, despite the USPS delivery. I had an issue with the delivery, but it was the postal system, not the company.

I first learned of Giuseppe and Skyler's personal and business story (with a focus on olive oil) in a Vogue story in 2025. I'm happy to report that after trying their olive oil in various dishes, I've found it so delectable that I'm back for seconds and know I'll return for thirds and fourths, and so on!

I'm new to the nuance of good olive oil. As I learn I savor opening up the bottle and smelling its goodness which only gets better when I take a small sip. Recommend this olive oil highly.
