Everything I ordered is so good! My one question is can I put the salt in a small bowl and leave on counter?

Please do not get me wrong, the flavor and everything else was delicious but the nuts had turned. You know the smell when nuts have gone rancid. I thought maybe it was just a few of the walnuts but it really was the whole bag.
