Sal de Colima – Hand-Harvested Sea Salt from Mexico’s Pacific Coast

From the moment this salt was used in my cooking, I knew it was special. I substitute it for all the salts that my recipes call for. I use a little less because of the flavor it gives my food. It's delicious and it's a Matriarca product I can't live without.
