This is the 2nd time I buy flooring from Flooret. I plan on sticking with them and their product as long as the quality remains the same. This time around they improved the packaging of the product. Last time some of the planks were damaged by rough handling during transportation. This time there were more protective measures taken and so far I haven’t seen a single bit of damage. The product is very beautiful and doesn’t have any tinny sounds when walking on it as so many others do. Also I have 2 large dogs one is 75 lbs and after a year on the previous flooring I still haven’t seen a scratch which is amazing! I’ve installed real hardwood floors made of ash wood that haven’t survived my 2 dogs without scratches. One very important piece of advice for new users is to look at YouTube videos on how to install this product. Be sure to read the comments because they are filled with really good advice and hints.
