Yealink HA64 PRO

I decided to buy the HA64 PRO because of the range, headset features, and battery, sound and noise cancellation quality of this model. It has fully met my needs. The adjustable, padded mono headset is comfortable and has a microphone boom that may be moved away from the face to along the side of the head which makes for better face-to-face communication. I am fully aware of what is happening around me and able to interact with co-workers and customers when not taking a call. I am able to take calls when out on the floor of the retail store where I work, as well as across the street at a second business that my employer owns. I will be using the bluetooth connection to my iphone to be ready to answer calls while "on call" after work hours. I will also be able to use this headset for Zoom meetings when unable to participate in a meeting without a headset. The Yealink HA64 PRO has all the features that I need and use in my daily work.
