Amazing headset… but not without its kinks

Love how comfortable this headset is to wear, battery life is great and sound quality is a lot better than I thought. The passive hear through and noise canceling works good enough, I do know there are some better noise canceling headphones, but I have zero complaints about how much noise this headset blocks. I have also received many compliments on how clear i sound and how sleek the head set looks with its thin profile… that said the only kink that I have found is that when I am on a call through the computer and I get a call on my cell phone, neither the person nor I can no hear each other because the headset is trying to make the call priority. I actually have to disconnect the call I’m on and then call that person back. I’m sure there is a software update that could correct that but until then that’s the only down-point to this headset. Other than that, I highly recommend it and I’m positive you would not be disappointed with it

Product: The connect and control buttons are not as responsive as I expected. The ANC is ok but not up to my expectation based on the Headset Advisor demo videos. Headset Advisors: Five stars for the prompt order fulfillment and not inundating me with promo emails after shipment.
