Good on day one

I have midfoot arthritis on one foot and big toe arthritis on the other . These were comfy right out of box - I tried them around house for a little bit , then wore to work at hospital for 12hr shift . My feet felt good - no painful spots , plenty of room for toes to spread out . I actually got these for hiking in Madeira this fall so we will see , but they have a good tread on them and feel supportive . I bought a 7.5 even though their sandals fit me in a seven . Glad I did for the extra toe room w heavy socks . Wish you made a lower cut hiking shoe , not just high tops .

I'm totally transitioning from heavier shoes to these Viakix shoes. They are fantastic for my daily walking, day hikes, and just wearing around. Good support, lots of toe room, and total comfort. I bought two more pairs!
