After wanting an Emerson CQC-8 for years, I finally had some extra money set aside and decided to pull the trigger. This knife had been on my wish list for a long time, and now that I finally own one, I can honestly say it was worth the wait. Good knife

The blade when flicked open from either the thumb button or the wave opener is shoved slightly passed the liner lock. So when going to close it gets caught up and you have to pay more attention to. Still opens quickly and I am confident in its ability to put me into the fight. Small problem I noticed.

I have a lot of Emerson knives and will never own any other they are my daily carry tool ie hunting hiking riding literally every day it’s the one thing I have in my pocket
