I ordered a kit to hook up to bulk propane, accidentally ordered LP to NG. Called and spoke with John, very knowledgeable and helpful. Instructed me how to convert the regulator over to LP and if I need anything additional to let him know. Did not rush me off the phone. Highly recommend Outdoor Gas Products!
