Pottery at Trillium
This was a fun, stress-free class that was great for all skill levels. There was no pressure and many learning opportunities. Was a great time and would recommend! Will be going again in the near future.

A great night out that was lots of fun
You can't go wrong with Trillium Brewing, so when I learned this class was taking place there, I was in! Worst case, I get some great beer. The instructors were personable and the class was a lot of fun, but I did experience 2 specific disappointments: 1) You simply could NOT hear either instructor and both were talking abut different things at different speeds, so it was hard to go back and forth between the two. However, both were lovely people who really enjoyed what they were doing, so that was great. 2) There was no planned thing we were making. We took the Holiday Pottery class, so I really thought there would be a plan to make "this holiday thing", but there was no plan at all coming from the instructors. It was a free-for-all just make whatever you want. That was kind of disappointing. It would've been nice to have an end goal piece that we could make if we wanted, or stray from the plan if we wanted. Instead, there was no plan and no inspiration. So it's kind of like we just bought clay and a spot at a table, it wasn't really a class or experience. I kind of felt like I would've been better off with a YouTube class. The saving grace was that this was held at Trillium. Had I not had beer and food, I would've been super-peeved.

Overpriced
There wasn’t much instruction, just a couple tables in the corner of a huge place, they put a slab of clay in front you you with some tools. For $75. Probably cost $10/person. They didn’t really do anything to make it fun or a teaching experience. If I didn’t go with my friend it would have been super awkward. 2/10, do not recommend.
