Nice chair but I would have expected a bit more for the cost

The chair looks very nice. The assembly was easy to handle but getting it into the house was another story. We had to remove the door frame. The chair has its own program and you cannot control the systems individually. I cannot stop the shoulder air compressors from coming on. My husband has issues with his shoulders and once the chair begins the massage, the entire chair comes on even if I try the setting to 0. Honestly bit disappointed I paid almost $14,000. 00 for a chair like this.
