The Artisan Loaf Oven

Its massive. I got it for my step dad so he could bake loafs that formed themselves. I got this one because it looks like the shape of a traditional loaf, but it is HUGE. He loved it though.

Excellent switchover for smaller homemade sourdough sandwich loaves. Helps overcome the floppy rise I sometimes have with imperfect breadproofing and high hydration. Not to be overpacked with over 500g of dough.

I really like the size. I wish the handles on the top were a little higher. Hard to get it off without the fear of burning my hand. Definitely need to wear mitts to remove it. That’s why I gave it 4 stars
