Convenient to use

It is light and easy to store with a cap on it which is always a safe tool in the kitchen! It was the 2nd one I bought. This time will try to keep it very dry after use to avoid rusty!

The baker knife and baguette flipping board are good quality. The flipping board is smooth to touch. However, the fabric of the baking canvas is thinner than I expected.
