M1944 Boondoker Boot - luosjiet®boots MTO - Tan Oiled Nubuck Reverse(German)

Great pair of boots. As close to original USMC Boondockers as one can find. I “dubbed” them with Sno-Seal and replaced the laces with original 1940s service laces and they turned out great.

Got most compliments, my cobbler immediately understood quality and congratulated me for my purchase. If I had bought the 1940 boondockers I probably would go half size down to 45 instead of 45.5 I got, but with thick socks these 1944 boondockers I think I made the right choice. I believe you are the best value boot firm out there.

The boots are really well made , arrived pretty quickly , with loads of updates from the company . I am a UK 8.5 ( EU 42.5 ) the length is spot on , I ordered the 42.5 D , but I do have slightly wide feet in the ball of my foot , I maybe should have ordered the E ( wide ) this being as the last is tapered more than their other boots , but I have stretched the right boot , and I wear thin casual socks , and they are fitting well . I have other boondockers , so know these will loosen up .. but maybe consider wider if you are in doubt .. really lovely looking boot .. would recommend for sure 👍🏼
