The Horween Essex leather is exceptionally soft and supple, making for a comfortable fit and an easy break-in. It quickly molds to your foot and develops character with every wear. The craftsmanship is outstanding, as expected from Grant Stone, and the boot feels as good as it looks. I wear an 11. 5D and bought an 11D in this boot and it fits great. For fair-weather wear, it’s hard to beat. Comfortable, versatile, and handsome, this is a boot I reach for often. Highly recommended.

I finally talked myself into these boots and I am glad that I listened to me. I was hesitant because of the color but now I am excited to see the character of this leather emerge. The Diesel is always a great choice and the GS fit and finish is great as always.
