Excellent.
Fantastic product all around. I mix it with organic milk and it tastes great. Deeper sleep, feel more rested, and never wake up with that "starving" feeling. Highly recommended.

Mix it with ice cream
I wasn’t a huge fan of it in milk, I think the salt/baking soda taste is a bit too noticeable for me but I tried it mixed in with vanilla bean ice cream and it was amazingggg

Solid Sleep
Besides putting away devices an hour before bedtime nothing has improved my sleep like Sport Dream. And yes, the dreams really do seem more vivid. Sleep energy. My favorite is the chocolate because when I'm out of milk I can still make a nice hot chocolate with water and extra sugar.
