Great Radios that Exceed Expectations

I purchased the radios for several purposes; 1. snowmobile club tandem grooming as there are gaps in cell phone service on the trails. 2. Motorcycle rides in northern New England with poor cell phone service. 3. Communication when my wife travels to Sicily in the fall. It took only a minute to link the radios together. Using the web site on my phone it took less than five minutes to give each phone a personalized name. The ability to link to other Poclink radios, although I don't have need for it now is a plus to have for the future. The radios volume capability is excellent. Even on level 3 (of 6) I can have the phone in a pocket and still hear a call coming in and with motorcycle helmet on, I can talk and hear perfectly. So far I was able to call home when up Maine on the motorcycle and conversation was crystal clear. Tested as far as 80 miles away and again crystal clear reception. The claim of 5 days of battery life seems to be accurate. After 48 hours, the battery level is only down one bar. Compact size fits in almost any pocket in pants or jacket. Probably going to buy at least two more for family and friends.
