As a homeschooling family we find these an essential part of our day starting with picking a card each day. Teaching my kids resilience and emotional wellbeing is so important to us. The pictures are gorgeous and we love the wee messages at the bottom of each card also.

My daughter has really taken to putting up a new motivational card each day. She really resonates with “I am braver than I think” as she struggles with anxiety at the moment. It has already inspired her to try at least two things that made her feel scared.
