Emotional Warriors Feelings Notepad (age 5-12)

Thanks for the great pack of emotional support tools for kids & teens which we received promptly. The journals are great prompts for young people to use & engage in their own wellbeing, emotional warriors card game is a great resource for teaching emotional literacy & awareness in young people.

Our 9 year old daughter has been struggling with some big feelings that she couldn’t articulate and outbursts that she couldn’t self regulate. The notepad enabled her to write what she was feeling, what she was going to do to overcome and how we as parents could help her. It’s been brilliant; she feels heard and we know what she needs from us as her parents. Would highly recommend.
