Foundational Knowledge About How To Eat For Your Goals And Why
I like many have scoured the internet looking for information about how to achieve my personal fitness goals and received a wide variety of input from many sources all claiming to be the one true source of all things holy. When I stumbled on RP, found their content and their approach to providing you the reasons and principles behind why you need to do what you need to to get to your goals and it was the first time I had found content that was presented in a manner that wasnt ideological or without glancing over the why you do this and it was a huge game changer in understanding how to achieve the goals. I've found this eBook a corner stone and reference guide that I can use when looking to make changes to my planned goals and meals to make sure I'm fueling for the right outcomes and it's highly recommended as the best thing you can do as a first step of educating yourself about your nutrition and relation with it in regards to how it fuels your body towards a goal.
