A Must Have for Your GF/DF Coconut Cake Lovers

As a trained chef I cannot say how much I love not having to make this cake myself! Would love it less sweet just because that's me, but everyone else thinks it's not too sweet at all. Light, coconutty, a crowd pleaser. So delicious.

I am not gluten-intolerant, and I don't especially care for coconut. HOWEVER, this cake was moist and tasty with not an overwhelming amount of coconut frosting to distract from the yummy cake. I enjoyed the piece I had, and my guests did too.
