Finally, a holy grail of hiking undies!

I absolutely love this. So far took this on 2 trips for a total of 5 days. Hiked with these on its own and under hiking pants. Very comfy both ways. No chafing which was HUGE. I found that in previous trips with ExOfficio, while comfy and breathy- I would end up chafing after multiple days. I've tried wool boy shorts and while no chafing, I would get annoying wedgies and not quite as breathy. I debated purchasing these for awhile just thinking I should just face being uncomfortable in some way forever during backpacking trips. I was so happy to be wrong!!! These breathe really well, no chafing, and no riding up. They are a dream! Excellent for post hike alpine lake dips as well as they dry super fast and cute! I struggled for awhile on what size to get as I was on the cusp for everything- with a 24” thigh, 37.5” waste, and low hip measurement of 41.75". I am 5’6” and ~160 lbs, typically wear size 10 and went for size large here. They aren't too loose and stayed in place with comfort during my hikes. Could probably do a medium if purchasing again but happy with the large. What a game changer for outdoor adventuring! 10/10 would recommend. Thank youuuu!

I was so stoked to find these after looking everywhere for boxer brief-style hiking underwear. These are so comfortable that I bought two more pairs. I wear them for every hike and backpacking trip!

super amazing - feel like I could do anything!

I LOVE the pyka pants undershorts. I was nervous to order (it took me almost a year) as I was uncertain of what size to order as my thighs are mighty and strong. I didn't know if I should go by that measurement and get a 2XL or 3XL or the hip measurement and get an XL. Ultimately I decided on the hip measurement, which worked great for me and put me right at an XL; the legs are not constricting one bit and fit great. I haven't worn them out in the world yet though am excited to wear them as undershorts under hiking pants (knowing if it gets insanely hot or if there's a lake that appears I'm ready in a modest way) and to wear them as workout shorts at home. They are very lightweight and soft, so very soft, and very stretchy, not binding anywhere which I love as I've never enjoyed tight clothing. They fit a little lower in the back due to my bum, however there is adequate material so no crack exposed and I won't have the problem of extra material showing above my pants in the back. This print (Crevasse) is what finally got me to order - I love it!
