I love this necklace, so much so I brought one for my sister as well. The chain is lovely and the engraved initials are very special, I loved that I can add extra letters, it's a beautiful and versatile necklace. Also as always I really appreciate the incredible level of customer service, initially I had bought this necklace with the shorter chain, but then I realized that I really wanted the longer chain, Grayling let me come in and switch for the longer chain easily.
