Item arrived as described and quickly! I ordered a 6mm thinking I could downsize on my lobe piercing because my Miru flatbacks were hanging out extensively despite the lightweight pieces. In the end, the 6mm was also too big and I went to another website to order a 5mm (which also is not doing the trick, so it's definitely a user error issue, okay?). The quality is superb here. I do not get skin irritation and there is no tarnishing on the pieces from Miru which is why I really wanted this to work out, so this review is also my plea for Miru to begin making 5mm and 4.5 or 4mm push pin replacements because I trust your quality and expert development most. Thanks so much!

The post for the earrings I ordered were too long, which made my earrings droop. Customer service was so so helpful and these shorter posts fixed the issue splendidly. Highly recommend!

Love to shorten length of nap earrings

I had to order this product as one of my two lobes seem to not be as thick as the other so I needed at least one of the posts to be shorter. Miru was great about letting me order and only pay for shipping. Love this company!
